What we collect

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which are used to keep the site secure and available.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and keep in touch about that work. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors, and does not fingerprint individuals. You can block its analytics script with your browser or a content blocker. Our hosting provider still processes requests to deliver and secure the site.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, email, and scheduling tools), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email liam@deskmonkeyai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
